Between 2002 and 2003, Itamar Assumpção wrote 11 songs and asked Molina to compose the music and Miriam Maria to interpret them. Always on the phone, Itamar dictated the verses to Molina and repeated that he wanted to listen to other “harmonies” behind those new syllables.

The musical part was composed between 2003 and 2005 and finished in 2006. During the rehearsals, the outlined scores were recreated. Miriam, Clara, Mariô, Priscila and Luciano invented a lot. The songs were experimented and lapidated for over 20 shows in São Paulo. The CD was recorded “live” in Zabumba studio by André and Filipe Magalhães. There were no cuts, no sutures.

Awarded by the São Paulo State Department of Culture, the CD Sem pensar nem pensar is the most important launching of the season 2009/2010 by Selo Cooperativa/Tratore. The first CD issue was sold out in less than two months, reaching number four in Tratore sales in December 2009. On December 30, 2009, the song Nem James Brown was mentioned on a list of the 13 best songs of the best last year albums in the State of São Paulo.
